Bust
To measure your bust, wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Make sure to wear a bra that fits well while measuring.
Waist
To measure your waist, wrap a measuring tape around your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage.
Hips
To measure your hips, wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
